烤优格乳酪蛋糕 Baked yogurt cheesecake



今天不上面包
正好材料齐全
家里也不常准备乳酪蛋糕
这天就来个烤酸奶乳酪蛋糕吧!




饼干材料:
Oreo饼干碎 60克
溶化牛油 30克


乳酪蛋糕体  
200克奶油芝士
60克细砂糖
1个鸡蛋(约60克)
60克原味优格
1茶匙柠檬汁
香草精
10克面粉


做法,
1、隔热水溶化牛油,加入oreo饼干碎,搅拌均匀,倒入一个6寸可脱底圆型模,压至紧实,放入冰箱冷藏至硬备用。

2、奶油芝士室温软化后,加入细砂糖,用打蛋器打至顺滑无颗粒的状态,加入鸡蛋,并用打蛋器搅打均匀后,再加入原味优格和柠檬汁,香草精,面粉搅拌均匀。

3、将芝士糊倒入已冷藏至硬的饼底层上。

4、放入170度预热烤箱中烘烤40分钟后,再调低160°C继续烘烤20分钟直到表皮均匀上色即可。

 5、待凉后,盖上保鲜膜,放进冰箱冷5-6小时或隔夜脱模切块食用。
